报告摘要:

    产甲烷古菌是全球大气甲烷排放的主要贡献者。最新研究表明,太阳光可能在产甲烷菌还原CO2产甲烷过程发挥着重要作用,即微生物光电产甲烷。目前对于微生物光电产甲烷的研究还处于初步阶段,相关效应及机制尚不明晰。叶捷副教授将围绕课题组近期工作成果,重点介绍微生物光电产甲烷的相关工作,具体内容包括:(1)介绍地表水体微生物光电产甲烷新证据;(2)揭示地表水体微塑料等有机质在微生物光电产甲烷过程中的新角色;(3)阐述微生物光电产甲烷的能量自适应转化机制。


报告人简介

    叶捷,福建农林大学副教授,博士生导师。主要从事微生物光电产甲烷方面的研究。先后主持福建省杰出青年科学基金、福建省高校杰出青年科研人才计划、国家自然科学基金(3项)等科研项目10余项。以第一作者或通讯作者共发表SCI论文30余篇(其中Nat. Commun.1篇,Angew. Chem. 2篇,ES&T 1篇,Water Res. 3篇)。获授权国家发明专利5项。兼任《工业水处理》、《环境工程学报》杂志青年编委及《Frontiers in Microbiology》客座主编。

Ye Jie is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. His research subject is microbial photoelectro-methanogenesis. He has been successively attracting over more than 10 scientific research projects such as Fujian Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Fujian Outstanding Young Scientific Research Talent Plan, and National Natural Science Foundation of China (3 projects). As the first author or corresponding author, Ye Jie has published more than 30 SCI papers, including Nat. Commun. (1), Angew. Chem. (2), ES&T (1) and Water Res. (3). He has obtained 5 authorized national invent patents. He is also a young editorial board member of Industrial Water Treatment and Journal of Environmental Engineering, and guest editor of Frontiers in Microbiology.
